Where do you ship from?
All order are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Tzur Yigal Industrial Area, Israel.
How can I be sure that the item is in a good working condition?
All of our used items have been removed from a working installation and lab tested before listing.

Do you ship worldwide?
We do offer an international shipping service to most countries except those who don't have a diplomatic relations with Israel.
How can I track my order?
All orders are shipped with tracking number. As soon as your order shipped, you'll receive an automatic email with the tracking number and a link to track you order.

We offer Economy, EMS and DHL shipping services so you'll be able to choose the best service for your needs.

Is the price includes tax, customs and fees?
The price includes all taxes and fees on the origin country but not includes tax, customs and fees on the destination country.
Israeli buyers will be charge for local VAT on the checkout process.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment from Credit and Debit cards, PayPal.
We also accept Bank transfers for orders above 1,000$.
