To initiate a return, please notify our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product. Once approved, please send the product back within 7 days from the date of return approval.
2. Extended Return Period
If a product page explicitly states a warranty period longer than 30 days or if you've purchased an extended warranty or insurance for a longer period, the return period will be extended until the end of the warranty period.
3. How to Make a Return
To make a return:
- Contact our customer service and provide the reason for the return.
- Our customer service will confirm the return and provide you with the delivery address, contact details, a prepaid shipping label (if applicable), and return instructions.
- You can choose between a refund or an exchange product (subject to availability).
- Within 7 days of the product's arrival at our warehouses, you will receive a full refund or the replacement product you selected.
4. Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel an order due to a change of mind or a mistake:
- If the cancellation notice is received before we start packing the shipment, you will receive a full and immediate refund.
- If the cancellation notice is received after the shipment is packed but before it is sent, you will receive an immediate refund minus a handling fee (6% or $20, whichever is higher).
- If the cancellation notice is received after the product is shipped and within 30 days from the date of delivery, you can follow these steps:
- Inform us of your request to cancel the order.
- Return the product to our warehouses at your expense (shipping cost will be your responsibility).
- You will receive a refund for the product amount (excluding shipping) minus a 15% restocking fee.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Returning the product in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Notifying us of their return request and adhering to established deadlines.
- Properly installing the product by an authorized individual with the required knowledge.
- Returning the product to us (except when we provide a prepaid shipping label).

6. Failure to Perform the Return
Complete failure to make a return includes cases such as:
- The product requested for return was not sent.
- The returned product did not reach our warehouses due to reasons beyond our control.
- The returned product does not match the original product.
- The returned product is not authentic.
- The returned product is not in the same condition as when sent (as outlined in detail).
In such cases, the customer will not be entitled to a refund and may bear return shipping costs if applicable.
